All your assistance requests will be attended to within maximum one hour after the trouble ticket or e–mail was submitted. If your issue calls for additional assistance from an admin, we’ll direct the ticket or the email to the person in charge then leave a comment to let you know that more time will be required for discovering a solution. If you order the Managed Services package, all of the services included there will be executed whenever you desire.
A Premium Support Service
Our technical support team will be available to you 24/7 if you require help working with our Control Panel or with any of the apps that we have pre–installed on your behalf on the dedicated web hosting server. Furthermore if you require help handling the daily admin tasks on your server, you can have a glimpse at the Managed Services package, that includes data backup storage space, OS updates on a weekly basis, installation and problem troubleshooting services, server monitoring and rebooting services, etc.
An Intuitive Help Section
We have provided our Control Panel with a detailed knowledgebase, which features detailed explanations of its features and functionalities. Additionally, we have shot in–depth video tutorials that will further demonstrate to you how to carry out a specific operation or resolve a frequently experienced issue. The instructional articles and the tutorial videos are readily accessible from each section of the Control Panel through the Videos and Help buttons situated in the upper right corner.
